Pulling it together!

Okay @Amber Coppings... I have been thinking, perusing, postulating and planning... And when I pull it all together I will have a teaching artist presence that you can be proud to say you have inspired...well, you and Mary, that is! Statements are being tweaked, images compiled, and all sorts of digital gathering and harvesting from projects and classrooms and residencies and community programs. I have discovered apps and software and rediscovered good days via images.

In a few more days you and Mary will have happily stuffed little in boxes!

Time for Hats.

Yes...Having many hats is a wonderful thing. I get to keep warm, block the sun, do my hair, support local fiber artists, and accessorize what I am wearing because of my hats

However, wearing many hats in the sense of fulfilling many roles can be tiresome. So I have chosen to minimize and simplify in 2014.

Focusing on my family, my art, and my passion for bringing art and arts education into the community take top priority.

So...when it comes time for me to make decision regarding committing my time if the outcome does not enhance the three aforementioned focal points or it will detract from any of the three I will take a deep breath and say a tiny word with a big meaning...No.
